The pod is shipped in standby mode. Shake the pod (vigorously) or flip it, such brisk movements wake it up. Then try again to find the pod within the app.
It is easier for the app to find the pod if there are no other pods around.
If it still doesn’t work, make sure the phone is not connected with the device via the Android/iOS Bluetooth settings. Please go to the Android/iOS settings -> Bluetooth and check whether SafeDrivePod is in the list of connected/paired devices: then remove it from the list (forget device). You can now use our app again to connect the pod.
